Wed 8/12 — The questions leaders type into Google at 11pm

There is a version of every senior leader that only shows up in a search bar late at night. The questions they would never say out loud in a leadership meeting get typed quietly, after everyone else is asleep. Why do I feel like an imposter at work. How do I stop overthinking every conversation. Why do certain people throw me off. Why am I successful but still insecure. How do I set boundaries with people who do not respect them. I have seen enough of these to know they do not come from leaders who are failing. They almost always come from someone who is succeeding, and cannot understand why the success does not feel the way they expected. Every one of those searches has the same thing underneath it. Each is really asking one question. Why do I still not feel steady in my own authority, after everything I have accomplished? That is a real question with a real answer, and it is not the one the internet offers at midnight. I built a short assessment around exactly these questions, so a leader can trade the 11pm search for an honest read on where their authority actually stands. Which of those late-night questions is the most familiar?
